The Secretary shall be responsible for recording accurate minutes of any Meeting, regular or otherwise, of the Membership and the Executive Committee. The Secretary shall also record all votes of the Membership or Executive Committee. The Secretary shall be responsible for the writing and distribution of a newsletter or other notice to the Membership informing them of any Meeting or other gathering of the Organization, and furthermore shall at all times maintain an accurate and complete list of the Membership of the Organization. The Secretary shall also maintain a record, along with the Alliance Director, of the Organization’s event.
- The Secretary is also in charge of sending out fliers, updates, and other event related emails to campus and the membership of the organization.
- The Secretary must also take attendance during general meetings and/or events.
- The Secretary maintains the Dartmouth CoFIRED Google Drive and the mailing lists in the Dartmouth College email account.
- The CoFIRED Co-Directors create the agenda and distribute to the Executive Committee, and the Secretary records the minutes of the agenda, to be distributed within 24 hours of the conclusion of the general meeting to the Executive Committee and any additional members.
